“A device gun is any weapon which shoots, is intended to shoot, or is usually easily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, with out guide reloading, by an individual functionality with the trigger. The expression shall also incorporate the frame or receiver of any these kinds of weapon, any aspect created and meant exclusively and
